  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their marketing requirements
  • Configure and customize Adobe Campaign Classic to meet client needs
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Provide technical expertise and support for Adobe Campaign Classic implementation
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure campaign accuracy and efficiency
  • Offer training and guidance to client teams on Adobe Campaign Classic usage
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and latest features of Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Adobe Campaign Classic with other platforms
  • Assist in the development of documentation and reports related to Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss campaign performance and recommendations
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis
  • Ability to create and modify HTML templates for email campaigns
  • Experience in implementing and managing marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies
  • Certification in Adobe Campaign Classic is a plus
