Job Purpose:

The Services team has a strong record of meeting high performance standards while implementing complex enterprise solutions that deliver real value. The Digital Operations team is responsible for performing various managed client services for the business teams. These services include: Branch IT Operations, IT team management, IMAC, Break Fix, Desk Side Support, SMART Classrooms etc. This role combines strong technical skills with an emphasis on delivery high level of customer service. Responsibilities include performing advanced configuration and Management of SMART classrooms, studios setup, basic internet capabilities, systems/servers skills, end user compute environment skills etc..

Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of SMART Classrooms, Live studios, Digital Labs setup, End users compute environment management
  • Manage & Maintains enterprise Assets
  • Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters
  • Provide technical support and incident management services desk functions
  • Installs, maintains and optimizes desktop /notebook configurations at customer sites (Windows, Linux, Ubuntu and Mac OS) to enable digital SMART Classes
  • Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems, Wi-Fi, printers
  • Performs maintenance and repair services (basic break fix for printers, desktops, laptops.)
  • Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of basic Windows/Mac OS/Ubuntu
  • Serve as site escalation contact and team lead for current technicians

Requirements

  • 3- 5 years of experience in End user computing, SMART Classrooms, AD, DNS, DHCP, IT management tools, latest operating systems, Windows
  • Ability to develop business relationships and communicate effectively with the user community
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of network and server/desktop administration, installations, upgrades, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment
  • Knowledge of processes and resources required to perform analytical and technical tasks on PC systems

Qualification:

  • BE/Btech/or equivalent from reputed college

Preferences

  • Wintel & Unix Operating Systems & tools
  • MCP, MCSE, CNE or Network+ certification
  • Knowledge of a variety of Service Industry ticketing/work order generating and tracking systems

    v2/v3, etc.)
