We are seeking a proactive and analytical Operations Analyst to support us in optimizing agency processes, ensuring reporting accuracy, and maintaining smooth coordination between creative, media, strategy and client servicing teams.

Role Overview

As an Operations Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency, accuracy, and process alignment across the agency. You'll work closely with internal teams to track project performance, identify operational gaps, improve workflows, and provide data-driven insights to support better decision-making.

This is an ideal role for someone who loves structure, is detail-oriented and enjoys turning complex workflows into streamlined, measurable systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure daily reporting compliance across all departments.
  • Verify reporting accuracy by aligning internal outputs with actual deliverables and client summaries.
  • Support escalation management by tracking and helping resolve operational or client issues in a timely manner.
  • Track project delivery progress, ensuring deadlines and revisions are met as per agreed timelines.
  • Identify and address cross-departmental process bottlenecks to improve overall workflow efficiency.
  • Prepare daily summaries and weekly dashboards to provide leadership visibility into performance, resource allocation and key operational insights.
  • Support process automation initiatives and the creation of standardized templates to reduce manual work and improve turnaround time.
  • Collaborate with CEO and account management teams to assist in budgeting, resource forecasting and project cost tracking.
  • Contribute to the documentation and continuous improvement of agency standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: BBA / MBA in Operations, General Management, or Project Management.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in operations, process management, or business analysis — preferably within a digital marketing, media or creative agency.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent command of Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, Asana, ).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Add-on Skills

  • Experience in campaign execution or budget management.
  • Background in data analytics, MIS reporting, or business analytics.
  • Certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma (advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with report automation or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio).
