Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Business Analyst-Hospital Operations located in Gurugram. The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing hospital operations, identifying areas for improvement, and developing business processes and requirements. This role entails collecting and analyzing data, creating reports, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Min 5 Years of Experience
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
  • Expertise in developing Business Processes and Business Requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in healthcare operations is must
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
