Key Responsibilities

A. OTA Extranet & Listing Management

  • Understand and navigate OTA extranets , Expedia, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.)
  • Support property onboarding by entering/validating content, photos, amenities, policies, room mapping, rates, availability
  • Identify gaps or errors in listings and ensure corrections

B. OTA Performance Analysis

  • Track visibility, conversion, occupancy, rate competitiveness, and page score indicators
  • Benchmark performance against competitor listings
  • Identify reasons for low conversion and suggest actions (pricing changes, policy tweaks, content enhancement)

C. Promotions & Revenue Opportunities

  • Map all promotions available on each OTA (e.g., Genius tiers, Early Bird, Last Minute, Country Rates)
  • Evaluate which promotions are most effective for new hotels
  • Track promotion performance and ROI

D. Research & Best Practice Development

  • Collect global best practices for OTA optimization
  • Study top-performing competitor listings and document what works
  • Conduct secondary research on OTA algorithms, visibility drivers, review management, and content scoring
