Role Overview

A leading turnkey commercial interiors and design-build firm is seeking a high-performance Channel Partner Manager to drive commercial business acquisition through strategic partnerships and lead generation.

The ideal professional will have an established network in retail, corporate, commercial real estate, and project consulting ecosystems. Generate business from Month 1 through strategic partnerships and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Partnerships

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners such as retail brands, corporate clients, architects, project consultants, and real estate developers.
  • Activate and leverage existing professional networks to drive immediate business traction.
  • Develop, plan, and execute partnership strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.

2. Conversion & Revenue Growth

  • Own the top-of-funnel lead generation process by building a strong pipeline of high-potential, qualified leads and ensuring they meet quality benchmarks for conversion.
  • Enable effective pitching by providing a comprehensive background, context, and insights for each lead to the internal team, ensuring smooth and quicker alignment.
  • Monitor and optimize performance by tracking lead generation metrics, pipeline health, and reporting ROI on all activities to drive continuous improvement.

3. Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights

  • Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Share actionable insights with leadership to support monthly growth planning and business strategy refinement.

What We Expect

  • Experience: 6–10 years in channel sales, business development, or lead generation ONLY within retail fitouts, corporate interiors, commercial real estate.
  • Network: Ability to activate a strong existing network to generate business immediately.
  • Mindset: Highly self-driven, target-focused, and accountable for measurable outcomes.
