Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants to drive project sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective partner engagement and lead management.
  • Conduct regular channel partner meets, site visits, and promotional events to increase visibility and sales.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and project teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales strategies.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction through continuous communication and support.

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of channel sales experience in the real estate sector (residential or commercial projects).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network of brokers and channel partners in the NCR region (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented professional.
