We're Hiring Channel Sales Professional – Real Estate | Gurugram
Experience: 4–8 Years
Location: Gurugram
Industry: Real Estate (Residential / Commercial Projects)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants to drive project sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective partner engagement and lead management.
- Conduct regular channel partner meets, site visits, and promotional events to increase visibility and sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing and project teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales strategies.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction through continuous communication and support.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of channel sales experience in the real estate sector (residential or commercial projects).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of brokers and channel partners in the NCR region (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented professional.
