National Channel Sales Manager

Build and scale a strong dealer & distributor network across India.
Hire and lead Regional Sales Managers and manage CRM teams for smooth coordination and service.
Drive channel sales, achieve regional targets, and ensure consistent dealer engagement.
Work closely with the Director – Sales to shape strategic partnerships and nationwide expansion plans.
Strengthen brand presence across hotels, catering companies, restaurants, and HoReCa distributors.
What we're looking for:
7–12 years of experience in HoReCa product sales (buffetware / kitchen equipment / foodservice equipment).
Proven track record in dealer/channel sales.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to build teams across regions.
Deep understanding of India's HoReCa ecosystem and dealer dynamics.
Willingness to travel extensively.
