We at Y JOBS is having an exciting opportunity for one of our client in Auto parts Manufacturing Industry at Aurangabad.

Designation : PPC Manager

Qualification : BE / Diploma - Mechanical

Salary CTC : Negotiable 

Job Description :

Objective- To oversee production planning and management within the organization

  1. Responsible for overall activities from production to shipment
  2. Responsible for setting up of production targets
  3. To ensure proper planning and execution of complete sampling activity
  4. To assure the optimum utilization of man and machine
  5. Work with Engineering, Production and Procurement to ensure uniform loading of production capacities.
  6. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal suppliers and customers for ensuring that required inputs are available on time.
  7. Provide forecasts and demand profiles to major suppliers.
  8. Drawing study & calculation, scheduling & sequencing of m/c. as per job priority.
  9. To assure the availability of all type of raw material including casting, all type of tools requires before production
  10. Checking the availability of any type of raw material required for the components to be produced in stock.
  11. To produce drawings of components immediately as and when required
  12. To ensure all drawing available for production are updated to avoid any rejection
  13. Should be able to analyse in process- rejection
  14. To take efforts on increasing machine production by increasing machine speed.
