To scale our marketing, we are hiring a skilled Ads Campaign Manager who can plan, execute and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Ads Campaign Manager who will be responsible for creating and managing advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness. The candidate must have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other digital channels.
  • Develop targeting strategies to maximize ROI and reach the right audience.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions).
  • Create ad creatives, copies, and A/B testing strategies in collaboration with the content and design team.
  • Manage remarketing/retargeting campaigns to increase conversions.
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, ad formats, and bidding strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist / Ads Manager / Performance Marketer.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube Ads.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC and retargeting strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
  • Excellent copywriting and creative thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce marketing funnels (awareness → engagement → conversion).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Google Ads & Meta Ads certifications.
  • Experience in eCommerce or multi-seller platform advertising.
