Executive Assistant

Bellway Realtech is a leading name in the real estate industry, specializing in premium farmhouses, plots, and luxury projects. We are growing rapidly and looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in managing operations, communication, and business priorities.
- Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support to senior management and leadership.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Draft, review, and manage emails, documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders for smooth business operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle communications with discretion.
- Assist in project tracking, meeting follow-ups, and timely reporting.
- Organize company events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
- Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
- Professional attitude, discretion, and ability to work under pressure.
