We are looking for a professional, presentable, and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk responsibilities, handle calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while providing accurate information.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
- Handle visitor logbooks, maintain attendance registers, and issue visitor passes.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Manage appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Support HR/Admin team with day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other staff for smooth functioning.
- Key Skills & Requirements:Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass with good communication skills.
- 0–2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Presentable personality with a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and handle work under pressure.
