Imarticus also has immense expertise in products related to financial services, analytics and AI, business analysis and core technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learner Data Management: Handle end-to-end learner data post-sales, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across systems.
  • Data Organization & Databases: Manage, organize, and create databases from scratch; ensure proper structuring and hygiene of operational data.
  • Workflow Automation: Assist in designing and implementing automation processes to sync data from multiple sources into a unified repository.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Work with MS Excel extensively and support dashboard/report creation using SQL / Power BI.
  • Documentation & SOPs: Support in documenting processes, maintaining knowledge repositories, and creating SOPs for smooth operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
  • Exposure to or willingness to learn SQL / Power BI.
  • Good understanding of database management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
