About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven
Real Estate Sales Executive
who has experience in selling
plots, land, houses, and villas
in the Delhi NCR market. This role is purely
performance-based
with attractive incentives and travel allowance. Ideal for candidates who want
unlimited earning potential
in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

●    Engage with potential buyers for real estate properties across Delhi NCR.

●    Conduct property presentations, site visits, and guide clients through the buying process.

●    Achieve sales targets and ensure a smooth deal closure process.

Requirements

●    Minimum
1 year of real estate sales experience
(plots, villas, homes, land).

●    Strong communication and negotiation skills.

●    Ability to independently handle site visits and client meetings.

●    Good knowledge of the Delhi NCR property market.

●    Highly motivated and target-oriented.

Compensation & Benefits

●    
No Fixed Salary
– this role is 100% performance-based.

Travel Allowance:
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

●    
Attractive Incentives:
Minimum ₹10,000 per sale (no upper limit).
