About the Role-

We are looking for a highly driven Real Estate Sales Executive / Manager with strong communication skills, a sharp personality, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful property sales. You will be responsible for managing qualified leads, conducting site visits, driving closures, and ensuring timely CRM updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and engage with provided leads to understand client requirements

Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers

Showcase the property and guide clients through the buying process

Work towards closures by addressing client concerns and negotiating effectively

Update CRM regularly with accurate client and lead status

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure CRM hygiene and data accuracy

Identify and explore new potential leads to expand the pipeline

Build strong client relationships and maintain post-visit communication for follow-ups

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at every stage

Who We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience (must-have)

Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)

Smart, confident, and well-groomed personality

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer tools

Familiarity with the local real estate market (Faridabad / Delhi NCR) is a plus.
