We're Hiring: HOD – Wellbeing Team & School Counsellor | Manav Rachna International School, Sector 51, GurugramAre you an experienced counselling professional passionate about leading student wellness initiatives? MRIS-51, Gurgaon is looking for a dedicated HOD – Wellbeing Team & School Counsellor to head our school's emotional wellness and inclusion efforts. Location: On-site, Gurugram Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in school counselling, psychology and/ or SEN department Qualification: Master's in Psychology/Counselling Psychology or related field Joining: ImmediateWe're looking for someone who:Has led or actively contributed to a school-based counselling or wellbeing programme with structured systems in place

Uses evidence-based practices such as CBT techniques, solution-focused counselling, and SEL frameworks to support student mental health

Designs and implements school-wide initiatives on mental health awareness, emotional resilience, bullying prevention, and digital well-being

Is experienced in setting up or managing referral systems, case documentation, and confidential record-keeping protocols

Collaborates effectively with school leadership, parents, and educators to create a proactive and inclusive support ecosystem

Trains and mentors a team of special educators to ensure consistent support across the school

Brings empathy, clarity, and emotional intelligence to every interaction, while maintaining strong boundaries and professional standards

Is well-versed in the NEP's approach to well-being and life skills, and integrates these into the school's pastoral care systems
