Key responsibilities

  • Strategic planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
  • Campaign management: Manage multi-channel campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email) and traditional platforms, overseeing all phases from concept to launch.
  • Performance analysis: Utilize analytics and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Team collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
  • Budget management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Market research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, anticipate trends, and keep the company's strategies fresh.
  • Brand management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints

Skills and qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a focus on strategy, brand management, and team leadership.
  • Education: Qualifications typically include a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with an MBA or certification being beneficial. Required skills often include proven experience in marketing plan execution, analytical abilities, creative thinking, leadership, strong communication, proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics and CRM software, and adaptability to new trends.
  • Technical expertise: Advanced proficiency with marketing automation, CRM software, and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Analytical mindset: Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to track performance, evaluate effectiveness, and refine strategies.
  • Leadership skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
