Marketing Manager – Healthcare

Location: Tirupur | Job Type: Full-time

About Us

We are a 200-bedded multispecialty hospital committed to delivering patient-centred healthcare. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our hospital's outreach, branding, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase patient footfall and brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, corporates, insurance providers, and community partners.
  • Organise health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.
  • Drive referral-building activities with doctors and clinics.
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media promotions, and content creation.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to support business growth.
  • Track marketing performance, prepare reports, and ensure target achievement.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and networking skills.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns and deliver results.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing and patient engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; digital marketing knowledge preferred.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and open to local travel.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Marketing/Business Administration (BBA / MBA)
  • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare/hospital marketing preferred.
  • Valid driving license.
