1. Recruitment and Staffing
Develop and implement recruitment strategies
Coordinate the hiring process (job postings, interviews, selection)
Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs
Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
Mediate conflicts and resolve workplace issues
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Handle disciplinary actions and terminations as needed
- Training and Development
Assess training needs through surveys, performance evaluations, and feedback
Organize and oversee employee training programs
Support career development and succession planning
- Performance Management
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems
Guide managers and employees on goal setting and feedback
Ensure fair and consistent evaluations
- Compensation and Benefits
Develop and manage compensation structures
Oversee payroll, bonuses, and incentive programs
Administer employee benefits (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.)
- Compliance and Legal
Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations
Maintain employee records and documentation
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
- HR Strategy and Planning
Align HR strategies with organizational goals
Analyze HR metrics (turnover rates, employee satisfaction, etc.)
Plan workforce needs and budgeting for HR activities
- Health and Safety
Promote a safe work environment
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Coordinate wellness programs
- Technology and Systems
Manage HR information systems (HRIS)
Leverage technology for recruitment, payroll, and performance tracking
