Associate - CRM

Location:

Our CRM Associate are responsible for strategizing, coordinating and executing customer engagement and customer retention marketing campaigns at zingbus.

Job Responsibilities:

● 
End-to-End CRM Campaign Management:

Planning, Execution & Reporting on CRM marketing campaigns for conversion and customer retention.

● 
Coordinate

with the zingbus Product, Brand and Analytics teams for campaign requirements and feedback

● 
Leverage A/B testing

on content, creative designs, customer personas and zingbus services to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

● 
Continuously monitor and evaluate

campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

● 

Proven track record in Customer Engagement and Retention.

● 

Proficiency in tools like as CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage etc

● 

Strong analytical skills to get actionable insights and trends from campaign data

● 

Good communication skills to engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
