Work Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 11 am to 6 pm, otherwise Flexible

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients including pet stores, veterinary clinics, grooming salons, and distributors.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Promote product knowledge by conducting product demos, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
  • Collect market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to help improve sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and handle account-related queries.
  • Represent the brand at pet expos, events, and trade shows.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualification & Expectations:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (FMCG, pet care, or retail experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and deliver customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
  • Passion for pets and knowledge of pet products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
