Role Description
As a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee, the candidate will learn and assist in sales strategies, client acquisition, and marketing activities to support business growth. This role provides hands-on exposure to both sales execution and marketing management within a fast-growing startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients (B2B/B2C as applicable).
- Assist in client meetings, presentations, and proposal creation.
- Manage follow-ups with prospects to ensure conversions.
- Support in planning and executing marketing activities (events, campaigns, partnerships, workshops, etc.).
- Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategy.
- Maintain sales pipeline data, prepare MIS/reports, and share insights.
- Collaborate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Skills/Qualities Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and motivated to learn sales techniques.
- Analytical thinking for research and market study.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good with follow-ups.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Office/Google Workspace, CRM, or willingness to learn.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed
Bachelor's or Master's degree
in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
