About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Trainee to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping the company grow.

Qualification For BDE Trainee

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related field. (completed graduation)
  • Experience : 0-6 months , fresher can also apply

  • Skills Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic sales and marketing knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus

  • Motivation to learn and grow in sales/business development

  • Other Requirements:

  • Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and team player

  • Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new tools and technologies

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Work on achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team for business growth.
  • Maintain reports of sales and client interactions.
  • Clients meeting and follow ups

Employment Process
The position includes a
3-month paid training period
, after which candidates will be considered for a
full-time opportunity
based on their performance during the training.
