Role & responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for flats/projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize bookings.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Motivate and guide team members to improve productivity.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Business Development
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and channels for sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and lead generation.
- Develop broker/channel partner networks for wider market reach.
- Market Intelligence
- Keep track of competitor projects, pricing, and strategies.
- Share market feedback with management for strategic decisions.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare regular MIS reports on sales performance.
- Maintain proper documentation of bookings, agreements, and collections.
