to lead the next phase of NetSfere's global growth — building brand authority, accelerating lead generation, and shaping the digital presence of one of the world's most secure communication platforms.

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing leader with 10+ years of experience driving end-to-end digital strategy and performance marketing across global B2B markets. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in modern marketing technologies and tools, with the ability to leverage advanced digital strategies, including AI/Generative AI, to build scalable lead-generation funnels and high-impact campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who is equally strong in execution. Global Director of Growth & Digital Marketing

, you will lead NetSfere's global digital strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels. You will oversee performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content, analytics, and automation to deliver measurable growth outcomes. This position demands both vision and hands-on leadership — someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, data, and technology. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams to amplify NetSfere's presence across key B2B  industry verticals while positioning the NetSfere brand at the forefront of AI-powered, secure, compliant communication.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (B2B SaaS or Tech).
  • Education bachelor's degree in computer science, Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven success leading integrated digital campaigns for global audiences.
  • Strong expertise in PPC, SEO, content strategy, and lead-gen funnels.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Deep understanding of AI, cybersecurity, or SaaS ecosystems.
  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling ability for technical and executive audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of delivering measurable marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with NetSfere's business goals and GTM plans across the Americas, Europe, and APAC.
  • Lead performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Display, and Retargeting) to maximize ROI and pipeline conversion.
  • Build and execute a strong SEO and content marketing strategy, driving thought leadership, inbound traffic, and MQL-to-SQL conversion.
  • Create persuasive, high-performing digital copy for ads, emails, and landing pages — simplifying complex security and AI concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Oversee video content strategy, including product explainers, testimonial videos, event highlights, and short-form storytelling.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation, lead nurturing, and analytics across HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Lead and mentor a digital marketing team, fostering performance excellence, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Design teams on campaigns, product launches, and regional demand generation.
  • Continuously analyze metrics to measure and refine campaign performance, ensuring a data-driven growth engine for the brand.
