Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the mobile development team.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of mobile applications.
  • Hands on Experience in Flutter is a must.
  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define mobile strategies.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly mobile experiences.
  • Stay updated with the latest mobile technology trends and best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks in the mobile development process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in leading a mobile development team.
  • Strong understanding of mobile platforms and development frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and foster innovation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
