Full Stack & Mobile App Developer – Team Lead

We are looking for a
Team Lead (Full Stack + Mobile Apps)
to lead development across backend systems and cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate is strong in backend understanding of frameworks and experienced in building apps using
Flutter / React Native
, with the ability to guide teams and deliver scalable, secure products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of
    backend frameworks (Node/WordPress /PHP or any other framework)
    and mobile applications
    (Flutter/React Native).
  • Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
  • Mentor developers, review code, and ensure engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to define and deliver features.
  • Build and maintain REST APIs and integrate them with mobile applications.
  • Make key technical decisions on application structure, performance, and security.
  • Ensure quality, maintainability, and proper documentation across projects.

Requirements:

  • B.E/B.Tech/B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years
    of full-stack development, with
    2+ years in a lead/mentoring role
    .
  • Strong backend development experience with
    Python
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    Flutter or React Native
    for production apps.
  • Good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and basic NoSQL concepts.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript or is a plus.
  • Understanding of frontend basics (React/Angular preferred for dashboards).
  • Strong grasp of REST APIs, modular architecture, and scalable system design.
  • Good understanding of authentication and security standards (JWT, OAuth, OIDC, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
