Job Summary:

We are hiring a Team Lead to manage and drive a telesales team focused on Personal Loans and Overdraft Products. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead, with prior hands-on experience in telesales. This is a full-time sitting job at our Noida office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a telesales team responsible for calling and converting personal loan/overdraft leads
  • Train, mentor, and monitor team members to improve performance and sales quality
  • Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Monitor real-time performance metrics and call quality
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complex queries
  • Maintain MIS reports and submit daily updates to management
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, credit, backend) for seamless processing
  • Drive motivation, accountability, and performance within the team

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in telesales (financial services preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of personal loan and overdraft products
  • Proven track record of team target achievement
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and guide a target-driven team
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel reporting
  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
