Position: Inside Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Consultant

Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum Graduate

Experience: Fresher OR Minimum 9 months relevant Inside Sales / Digital Marketing Sales experience

Age: 21 – 30 years

Communication:

Good English & Hindi (both verbal & written)

Technology Requirement: Must own a smartphone, Laptop

Documents Required: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Bank A/c Proof, Education Certificates

Salary & Benefits

Salary Structure: Upto 20K Attractive Incentives (performance-based)

Earning Potential: Industry-leading incentives (monthly & quarterly)

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) – At Joining

Daily Calling: 100–120 call attempts per day.

Talktime Target: Minimum 4 Hours/day.

Quality Conversations: Minimum 6 calls above 5 minutes/day.

Video Interactions: Minimum 2 video calls/meetings/day with clients.

Prospecting: Generate daily sales prospects through outbound efforts.

Profile Enrichment: Complete/Enrich at least 1 client profile per day.

Requirement Posting: Post at least 1 Buy Requirement/Sourcing Requirement per day.

Skills Required

Strong telephonic sales ability & persuasion skills

Knowledge of digital marketing solutions (SEO, Ads, Social Media) preferred

Good presentation & objection handling skills

Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools

Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated
