We are seeking an ambitious and strategic General Manager Sales & Marketing to lead our growth across Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Mumbai. The role involves driving sales in Fire Protection Systems, CCTV Solutions, and Locking Systems, while strengthening brand presence and building long-term client relationships.
General Manager Sales & Marketing

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute sales and marketing strategies for growth in target cities.
- Lead and expand the regional sales team to meet revenue targets.
- Manage key client relationships with builders, corporates, and government bodies.
- Provide market insights on competition, trends, and new opportunities.
- Ensure achievement of sales & marketing objectives through corrective actions.
- Manage budgets, promotional activities, and overall brand visibility.
- Drive large-scale project acquisitions and repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 20+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Fire Protection, Security Systems, or Automation industry.
- Strong background in business development with Builders, Corporates, and Government clients.
- Proven leadership experience as a General Manager / Head Sales & Marketing.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across multiple cities.
- Educational Qualification: MBA / Masters in Business, Marketing, or related field.
