Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Sales Manager, located in Bengaluru. The General Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and setting sales targets. The role includes ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing market research, analyzing sales data, and reporting on sales performance. The General Sales Manager will also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and maintaining knowledge of competitors and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong sales management and team leadership skills
- Experience in developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and market research
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and reporting on sales performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and competitor analysis
- Ability to work effectively on-site and handle multiple projects concurrently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Prior 5 to 6 years of experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred
