Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a General Manager Sales - Real Estate at SJR Primecorp. The General Manager Sales will be responsible for driving sales activities, managing customer relationships, leading the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, coordinating with the marketing team, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves client presentations, negotiations, and closing transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in Residential Sales
- Sales, General Management, and Team Management skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record in real estate sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience in the real estate industry in Bengaluru is a plus
