Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager - B2B Electricals - Panels located in Pune. The role involves managing and driving sales activities in the electrical panels B2B sector, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B Sales, Sales Strategy Development, and Account Management.
  • Technical knowledge of electrical industry products, including electrical panels and related solutions.
  • Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Networking skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities effectively.
  • Leadership and team management experience with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in the electrical industry or industrial B2B environment is a significant advantage.
