About the Role
We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Executives (Fresher) and Sr. Sales Executives. These roles are crucial for driving our sales initiatives and expanding our client base in the industrial automation sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Use social networking platforms to identify and connect with potential leads.
- Conduct industry research to understand prospects' challenges and goals for targeted outreach.
Perform lead generation by handling inbound inquiries and executing outbound cold calls to connect with potential clients and convert them into opportunities.
AI-Driven Messaging & Outreach
- Craft and send personalized, engaging messages using AI tools to maximize response rates.
Align outreach with customer needs, delivering value and building trust.
CRM Management
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM tool.
Systematically track lead interactions, progress, and follow-ups.
Follow-Up & Engagement
- Schedule and execute timely follow-ups to keep leads engaged.
Monitor responses and refine follow-up strategies for better results.
Field Sales
(applies to experienced candidates)- Conduct field sales activities to promote and sell industrial automation solutions.
- Drive field sales initiatives by visiting client facilities, building strong relationships, and presenting automation products and services to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Preferred degree in Instrumentation Engineering, or candidates from Mechanical/Chemical/Mechatronics engineering background.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with excellent customer service orientation.
- Exposure to lead generation and market research (academic or internship experience acceptable).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Keen interest in industrial automation and engineering.
Required Skills
- 0 – 1 years of related experience in Industrial Automation or related industries for Sales Executive (Fresher).
- 2 – 5 years of related experience in Industrial Automation or related industries for Sr. Sales Executive.
- Ideal candidate will demonstrate a blend of engineering aptitude and sales potential.
- Proven experience of
selling products & services in both Domestic and International Markets for Sr. Sales Executive.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in lead generation and market research.
- Genuine interest in industrial automation and engineering.
