Job Opening: Sales Representative (SR) – Beverage Industry

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Representative (SR) to manage primary and secondary sales in the Belgaum region. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, passion for field sales, and the ability to manage market relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retailers and distributors to drive primary and secondary sales.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and branding in the assigned area.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor daily sales performance.
- Develop strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and market influencers.
- Conduct market surveys, collect competitor information, and share insights.
- Ensure timely order collection, billing, and payment follow-ups.
- Execute schemes, offers, and marketing activities as per company guidelines.
- Expand the market by identifying and onboarding new retail outlets.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Any Graduate / 12th Pass with strong field-sales interest.
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in FMCG/Beverage sales preferred.
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Basic understanding of sales targets and market working.
- Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable with fieldwork.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
