Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development /Sales Manager to oversee and expand our business operations in North India, while operating from our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing sales across North India, with deep knowledge of regional markets, distribution channels, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales plans for North India in line with business goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and channel partnerships.
- Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition in the assigned region.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and insights to senior management using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5–10 years of sales experience.
- Strong understanding of the North Indian market dynamics and customer behaviour.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Willingness to travel regularly for business needs.
- Based in Mumbai, with remote management experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Exposure to both B2B and B2C sales models.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and reporting skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
