Job Description

We are hiring a Sr. HR Executive to manage General Manpower Contracts (GMC), Background Verification (BGV), and Employee Attendance Management. The role requires strong ownership of HR operations, compliance, and reporting with advanced Excel proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage General Manpower Contracts (GMC), renewals, and compliance.
  • Oversee the complete Background Verification (BGV) process with vendors.
  • Handle attendance management system and resolve related queries.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and HR data using advanced Excel.
  • Coordinate with payroll, admin, and business teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Support HR audits, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting, Data Analysis).
  • Prior experience in attendance management, BGV, and HR operations is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
