We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 4-6 years of expertise to lead the development and delivery of innovative products that solve real customer problems and drive business success. In this role, you will bridge customer needs, business goals, and technical execution, acting as a key collaborator across design, engineering, and stakeholder teams. With a deep understanding of product lifecycles, data-driven decision-making, and agile methodologies, you will shape our product roadmap and ensure high-quality, timely launches.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Advocacy

: Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating insights into actionable product strategies that align with business goals.

Problem Discovery & Solution Design

: Lead cross-functional teams in identifying user challenges, brainstorming solutions, and validating ideas through prototypes, user testing, and A/B experiments.

Product Specifications

: Write clear, concise product requirements—starting with the "why"—and comprehensive user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, covering functional, non-functional, security, and compliance aspects.

End-to-End Product Ownership

: Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating with engineering, UX/UI design, and stakeholders to ensure seamless development, testing, and delivery.

●     
Agile Leadership

: Drive PI (Program Increment) planning, participate in SCRUM ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos), and ensure alignment on priorities and progress.

Data-Driven Decisions

: Leverage analytics, KPIs, and customer feedback to monitor product performance, assess adoption, and iterate for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration

: Influence and align cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing) without direct authority, presenting regular roadmap updates and risk mitigation plans to leadership.

Go-to-Market Execution

: Support product launches by contributing to GTM strategies, beta programs, documentation, and sales enablement efforts to maximize adoption and impact.

: Foster a creative culture within the product team, exploring new ideas and opportunities to differentiate our products in the market.

Key Qualifications

Experience

: 4-6 years in product management, with a proven track record of delivering customer-centric products from ideation to launch.

Domain Expertise

: Strong ability to become a subject matter expert in your product area, serving as the go-to resource for internal teams.

Technical Acumen

: Solid understanding of technology platforms, integrations, and system design to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.

Analytical Skills

: Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and using insights to drive product decisions and optimize outcomes.

●     
Agile Proficiency

: Hands-on experience with SCRUM or similar frameworks, including PI planning and backlog management.

Communication

: Exceptional ability to write detailed yet clear product specifications, user stories, and present updates to diverse stakeholders.

Collaboration

: Demonstrated success in managing stakeholders and fostering alignment across cross-functional teams.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

●     Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for task tracking and documentation.

●     Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).

●     Exposure to analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) for performance tracking.
