Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Noida. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, coordinating all production activities, ensuring efficient workflow, monitoring quality standards, and managing production schedules. The role involves working closely with the engineering team to meet production targets, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, the Production Manager will play a key role in continual improvement initiatives and troubleshooting production issues.
Qualifications
- Production Management and Workflow Optimization skills
- Experience in Quality Control and Assurance processes
- Proficiency in Technical Skills such as CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and surface finishing
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Knowledge of Safety Regulations and Compliance standards
- Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
