Role & responsibilities
- Handling litigations by and against the company. 2. Coordination with Company's Legal Advocates/Counsels on regular basis to discuss & strategizing for favorable disposal of pending cases 3. Maintain proper MIS of litigation 4. Handling customers grievances/notices to resolve the dispute and ensuring proper replies within time frame 5. Handling Police matter or any other Statutory Authority matters 6. Handling audit query (ies) and making proper compliances as per law 7. Keep track of notifications, Circulars issues by the various local authorities (Revenue and Town Planning) and inform the same to the seniors 8. Imparting training to team members and cross functional teams on policy and property related matters 9. Regular updates on market alerts 10. Visiting branches in the region to understand local challenges and marke
Preferred candidate profile
- Good knowledge of Properties and properties related transactions 2. In-depth knowledge of legal due diligence of the property 3. Experience of scrutinizing and approving Title search report in the system 4. Candidate should be well versed with local laws, local practices, processes and procedures followed in property lending market 5. Knowledge of mortgages and various mode of creation of charge on the property 6. Well versed with drafting of various deeds and agreements 7. Candidate must have good rapport with local practicing advocate
