Position Overview

We are seeking
final-year law students
who can commit to a minimum 3-month in-office traineeship as Legal Trainees. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in financial law and dispute resolution, mentorship from industry experts, and the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance. Candidates must be residents of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana and fluent in Telugu and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research on loan settlements, RBI guidelines, and consumer protection laws.
  • Assist in drafting legal documents, including settlement agreements, notices, and client correspondence.
  • Support negotiation and dispute resolution processes with financial institutions and clients.
  • Prepare case summaries and maintain legal documentation.
  • Stay updated on legal developments related to debt recovery and financial laws.
  • Interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide legal assistance under supervision.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying and onboarding new clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings at the office.

Who Can Apply?

  • Final-year students pursuing BBA LLB (5-year integrated) or LL.B. (3-year program), graduating in 2025.
  • Basic understanding of contract law, banking regulations, and financial dispute resolution (internship experience preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good research and drafting skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
  • Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written) and English is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Residents of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana who can work from our office.
  • Willing to commit to a minimum 3-month traineeship.
