Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Associate with strong expertise in accounts and finance. This role is best suited for professionals with experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, compliance management, taxation, and audit support. The candidate should be proactive, analytical, and capable of managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Handle day-to-day accounting, general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, monthly and quarterly financial reviews for management.
• Compliance & Statutory Filings: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and ROC requirements.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets, monitoring variances, and forecasting financial outcomes.

• Dash Boards, Trackers & Reports: Prepare various Dash Boards (Using Power BI or Excel etc.,) trackers, Reports, Advance Tax field and other important info for the clients handy needs

• Cash Flow & Working Capital: Track and manage inflows/outflows to optimize utilization of funds.
• Payroll & Employee Settlements: Process payroll, reimbursements, and related compliance activities.
• Audit & Reviews: Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and management for audits, reviews, and certifications.
• Process & Risk Management: Review contracts, agreements, and compliance obligations to minimize risks.
• Advisory & Insights: Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for better decision-making.
• Team Coordination & Mentorship: Work with junior staff, guide them in technical areas, and ensure quality deliverables.

• Timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, Trackers, Dash Boards and MIS reports.

• Compliance with the existing process and improvising the existing process (Quarter on Quarter) and create annuals for smooth functioning of client's business.

• 100% compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Effective management of cash flow, expenses, and budget controls.
• Smooth execution of audits and internal reviews with minimal queries.
• Clear and effective communication of financial data to management.
• Contribution to process improvements, cost savings, and better financial controls.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / M.Com (Taxation) / MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in accounts, taxation and finance.
• CA Inter (or CA-Inter discontinued) may also apply.

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act.
• Practical experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting tools (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP/ERP) and advanced MS Excel.
