About the Role:

We are looking for talented professionals with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, particularly in B2B Collections. The role involves end-to-end ownership of collection activities, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding invoices, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage B2B collections for US clients in alignment with defined SLAs.
  • Follow up with customers on overdue invoices through calls and emails.
  • Reconcile customer accounts, research unapplied payments, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Billing, Cash Applications, Customer Service) for smooth dispute resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities in the system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
