Providing guidance and support to the team regarding HR Ops process

Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Required
  • 7 years of experience in Min 7 years – Max 15 years.
