Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Store Supervisor Executive with a construction background to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time, junior-level position that requires knowledge in managing store operations in a construction environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth store operations and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in store executive management with a construction background (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience as a store supervisor with a focus on developer backgrounds (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to manage store supervisor responsibilities in construction environments (Mandatory skill).
  • Knowledge of inventory management software to ensure efficient tracking and control of stock levels.
  • Understanding of construction site compliance to maintain regulatory standards and operations efficiency.
  • Adherence to construction safety standards to promote a secure working environment for all team members.
  • Experience in vendor negotiation to secure competitive prices and favorable terms for procurement of materials.
  • Effective procurement skills to optimize order fulfillment and materials availability.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage store operations to ensure timely and efficient flow of materials and supplies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities to meet project requirements without delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of goods received and issued and perform regular stock audits.
  • Ensure compliance with construction site regulations and safety standards for seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to source quality materials at competitive prices.
  • Coordinate with site managers to assess material needs and prioritize deliveries in line with project timelines.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Implement effective storage and inventory management practices to optimize space and resources.
