We are seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team at Whitedot. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media strategies for our clients. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for digital marketing will drive the success of our social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

* Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients to achieve their marketing and business objectives.

* Stay updated on the latest industry trends and tools to keep clients at the forefront of digital marketing.

* Content Creation and Curation:

* Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and interactive content.

* Curate relevant and appealing content from various sources to maintain a consistent online presence.

* Social Media Advertising:

* Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to drive client-specific goals.

* Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and optimize targeting for maximum ROI.

* Community Management:

* Foster and engage with online communities on behalf of clients, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

* Maintain a positive online reputation for clients and manage any potential crises effectively.

* Analytics and Reporting:

* Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using relevant analytics tools.

* Provide regular reports to clients, offering insights, and recommendations for improvement.

* Collaboration:

* Work closely with other teams within the agency, including content creators, designers, and marketing strategists, to ensure a cohesive approach to client campaigns.

* Collaborate with clients to understand their brand, goals, and target audience.

* Stay Compliant:

* Keep up-to-date with changes in social media algorithms, guidelines, and policies, ensuring that all client activities remain compliant.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role within the advertising and digital marketing industry.

* In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.

* Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

* Strong communication and copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.

* Creative thinking and the ability to design visually appealing content.

* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful social media strategies.

* Experience in managing paid social media advertising campaigns.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

* Excellent time management and organizational skills.

* A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
