**About the Role**
The **Social Media Manager** will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms to strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and engage audiences. This role requires a mix of creativity, data-driven thinking, and strong project management skills.

**NOTE**: This position is full-time and hybrid, meaning you can work from home as well as office

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage community interactions by responding to comments, DMs, and engaging with relevant audiences.
- Collaborate with the design, and marketing teams to deliver social media campaigns.
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads generated, and conversion impact.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms
- Prepare monthly reports on performance with insights and recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 2 years of proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content formats, and growth tactics.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and copy-editing skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as chatgpt, meta business suite
- Experience analyzing metrics and adjusting strategy based on performance data.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
