**Job Title**: Social Media Executive Intern

**Reports to**: Social Media Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content (text, image, video) for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- **Social Media Management**: Help maintain and update social media profiles and pages to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- **Community Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers on social media platforms to foster positive relationships and a strong online community.
- **Performance Analytics**: Monitor and analyse social media trends and performance, track key metrics (likes, shares, comments, traffic, etc.), and assist in generating reports to measure the success of campaigns.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns and promotions, including influencer collaborations, contests, and giveaways.
- **Research & Trends**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct research on competitor strategies and audience preferences.
- **Collaborative Support**: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with ongoing marketing initiatives and business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Passion for social media trends and digital marketing.

**Compensation: -5 -10k per month (Depends on an interview)**

**Duration: 3 months**
