Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-presented and customer-focused Sales Dispenser to join our premium optical showroom. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting eyewear, ensure accurate lens dispensing, and maintain an excellent shopping experience that reflects our brand's luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with eyewear selection based on prescription, style, and face shape.
  • Interpret and understand optical prescriptions accurately.
  • Coordinate with optometrists for customer eye tests and prescription details.
  • Recommend suitable lenses, coatings, and frame options based on customer needs.
  • Handle product inquiries, explain features, and provide after-sales support.
  • Manage fitting, adjustments, and repairs of frames.
  • Maintain product display, cleanliness, and organization of the showroom.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance.
  • Update customer records and manage billing or POS entries.
  • Stay informed about new eyewear trends, lens technologies, and brand updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹32,000.00 per month
