Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our premium optical showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering a luxury customer experience. Candidates from optical, lifestyle, fashion, jewellery, watches, and other luxury retail showrooms are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Greet customers and understand their vision needs and style preferences.
  • Recommend suitable frames, sunglasses, contact lenses, and premium lens options.
  • Provide an exceptional, personalized shopping experience to every customer.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.

Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on all eyewear collections, brands, lens technologies, and latest trends.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.

Store Operations

  • Assist in product display, visual merchandising, and maintaining showroom standards.
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and handling customer queries professionally.
  • Ensure stock rotation, inventory checking, and reporting shortages.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with customers to promote repeat business.
  • Handle after-sales service and coordinate with the optical technician team when needed.

Eligibility & Skills Required

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in optical or luxury retail showroom.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
